We do not recommend publishing one universal number for every battery because different models, capacities and cell specifications may require different standards.
The important point is that every batch must be judged against a controlled specification rather than an operator's personal guess. In my experience, this is one of the first places where disciplined manufacturing separates itself from simple assembly.
3. The Protection Board Is Small, but Its Responsibility Is Not

Customers often focus on cell capacity, but the protection board is another critical part of a replacement battery.

The real difference is whether the factory can detect them, isolate them, trace their cause and prevent them from reaching the customer.
7. Capacity Testing Reveals More Than the Printed Label

Capacity grading records the actual charge and discharge performance of each tested battery
Capacity is one of the most misunderstood parts of the battery business.
A capacity value printed on a label is only a statement.
The actual discharge data is the evidence.
During capacity grading, batteries are charged and discharged under controlled conditions. The testing system records performance data and helps identify batteries that do not meet the approved requirement.
Depending on the model and testing plan, the system may record:

Electrical testing equipment gives us important data, but a replacement battery ultimately has to work inside a real phone.
That is why real-device testing remains an important part of quality verification,
especially for new models, updated PCBA versions or batteries with decoding and communication requirements.

10. Appearance Inspection Is Not Only About Beauty

Before packaging, the finished battery is inspected again.

Final inspection is necessary, but it cannot compensate for poor cells, unstable protection boards or uncontrolled production.
Quality must be built into the battery from the beginning.
Second, consistency matters as much as peak performance.
One excellent sample cannot represent a batch of thousands.
A professional manufacturer must control the variation between units and between production batches.
Third, data is more reliable than appearance.
A clean label and attractive package can support a brand, but capacity data, voltage stability, aging results and compatibility testing determine actual performance.
Fourth, problems should be exposed, not hidden.
The purpose of testing is not to prove that every battery is perfect.
The purpose is to find abnormal products before the customer does.
Fifth, long-term cooperation depends on honesty.
When a problem occurs, the supplier should investigate it carefully, communicate clearly and improve the process.
A factory builds trust not by claiming that problems never happen, but by showing that problems are controlled responsibly.
