If you have not received your delivery after seven (7) working days (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not included), please contact our sales. Longhehui cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched. However, if you have not received your order within two weeks,

please contact us that we will contact with the courier. Please also note at holiday period (such as China new year holiday time) that deliveries time may take longer.

FOR OUR WARRANTY POLICY
Our quality is same as original and even higher quality than original with 1 year warranty. Because our defective rate is too much lower than in the market about 1%, but which is normally shipment damaged. Because all of our batteries will be tested 100% good quality before delivery . And our customers received all feedback very good and stable quality.

If you really met the batteries not good quality within our 1 year warranty , you'd better take the pictures or call the video with us .and our engineer will check the problem and improve in the future and avoid such probelm happening again. On the other side, please also figure out the quantity and model details, and send us photos or video and then we will send you new replacement batteries with next new orders.
